Leadership Excellence Series (LES) by the Department of Tourism - National Capital Region (2020) - is a flagship learning and development program of the Department of Tourism – National Capital Region (DOT-NCR), designed as a three-part, 360-degree virtual learning experience aimed at elevating Filipino hospitality and service standards to a “Topnotch Level 2.0.” The series was conceptualized to equip tourism stakeholders with practical insights on crisis management, customer satisfaction, service innovation, and business resilience in response to the evolving demands of the post-pandemic tourism landscape. Structured as a set of high-impact talks inspired by the format of globally recognized thought-leadership platforms such as TED Talks, the Leadership Excellence Series brings together the country’s most respected thought leaders, captains of industry, and influencers to share perspectives on leadership, customer engagement, and adaptive business strategies.
